Well this week has been inspirational. For me, the SDAFF Staff Retreat means that leadership of the Foundation gets to examine what it has done and where it needs to go for a prosperous future. For Operations, there are goals that need to be met that will make every event that the Foundation puts together and especially the 11th San Diego Asian Film Festival amazing.
This year will truly be a great year with a renewed emphasis on community, connection, culture, and new ways to engage our supporters. I feel that our organization thinks about the future as much as the present and that means that we will always strive to be innovative and a leader in the community.
