San Diego Asian Weekly Film Watch: Coming to Theaters Near You

In order to better serve our film community in San Diego, we wanted to offer weekly updates where resident cinephiles, Jose Bucud + Eric Lallana, will keep you posted on Asian films that will be opening soon in San Diego theaters.

Mark your calendars. This June, three Asian films will be making their way to San Diego theaters. Check the theaters the week the film's release for showtimes.


13 Assasins.
Takashi Miike's "13 Assassins" will be opening on June 3rd, 2011 at the Landmark Ken Cinema.

On June the 24th, "City of Life and Death" will open at the Landmark Ken Cinema.

  3. Takashi Miike is one of my favorites! I'm definitely seeing 13 Assassins :) City of Life and Death is also a good one! I am probably one of the only people here that hasn't seen Uncle Boonmee yet, so I probably will have to go see that as well :) !
